Our Fresh Rainbow Crab & Prawn Dumplings are handmade daily, using the highest quality blue crab and prawns. The wrapping takes its distinctive purple color from fresh beetroot, enveloping the ingredients into a unique triangular shape. Each dumpling is garnished with Tobiko Caviar and served in a bamboo basket.
Our Signature Roasted Peking Duck is delivered daily from the Silver Hill farms. Weighing exactly 2.6kg, each duck is being chosen due to its ratio of meat and fat to create an outstanding culinary experience, that our chefs have mastered for our guests. The duck is served with freshly made black truffle pancakes, sliced cucumber, and spring onion along with a special sauce created in house.
Our Iberico Xiao Long Bao, or soup dumpling, is handmade daily using only the finest ingredients. The dumpling wrapping is made from our signature and secret Noble Palace recipe, distinguished for its texture. According to tradition, the soup is slow cooked for 6 hours , which create the flavors this beloved dish is celebrated for in restaurants worldwide

Our BBQ Iberico 'Char Siu' is made with pork sourced from the Iberian Peninsula. We have chosen this breed of pork for its distinctive flavor, low fat, and tender meat. This dish is served on a live charcoal grill, glazed with a thin layer of Osmathus honey and apple smoke.
